For a moment, just stop trying to fix whatever flaws you see in yourself, and instead:
close your eyes
put your hands over your heart
take a deep breath
and drop your attention down into your heart space.
Feel your heart beating for you.
Feel the love that is radiating from within you.
For you.
Every moment.
And always.
Stay there and breathe.
Feel into your wholeness, your innate enoughness. Just as you are right now.
And remember... This place of wholeness, this loving energy, this space of peace... this is the real you ✨ This is your natural birthright. This sense of wholeness. This home within yourself. And it’s here for you always.
Keep coming back to this.
Because you’ll forget.
I know I do.
We all do.
But when you find yourself back in “fixing” mode, try to remember:
You were never even broken to begin with. You are already whole. Complete. Worthy. Just as you are. Even when you forget. Always.
