Cancellation Policy

By purchasing any services, classes/workshops or events, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

All sales are final. No refunds permitted. It is recommended that you contact us if you have any questions prior to purchasing.

Please be advised that a 48-hour notice is required to cancel an appointment to receive a full credit. Full payment will be charged for the session if you cancel within 48 hours from the time of the session.

Due to limited seating, you are requested to cancel at least one week before a scheduled class/workshop to receive a full refund at Root & Rise. No refunds will be given for cancellations within a one week period.
