7. believing you are just your body and this physical existence
8. letting fear run the show (like saying no when you mean yes)
9. missing out on the present moment by reliving the past or worrying about the future 
10. believing that your worth and enoughness is up for debate - because it isn’t, it never was, and it never will be.
